Meet the team:

NICOLA KEMPLAY

Nicola joined Lapicida in 2024 to lead the London Showroom team.

Nicola has a Textile Design degree and worked in the fashion industry for 10 years in New York, Hong Kong and London. She then moved into interiors, working with premium lighting brands at the Design Centre for 15 years, gaining extensive experience working with clients and designers on luxury residential and commercial projects. She enjoys working with prestigious British brands, discovering their capabilities and using that knowledge and her creative skills to help clients.

Nicola enjoys the outdoors and walking in the countryside. She also enjoys travel with her family and visiting art galleries and museums in London. She is creative in her spare time, hand block printing wallpaper and silver-smithing handmade jewellery.
